CrystalClearPsychics.co.za is part of Crystal Clear Psychics Limited "Crystal Clear Psychics", registered in the UK. Whilst Crystal Clear Psychics believes all readers to be the best available, they are self-employed, sub contracted Readers and as such Crystal Clear Psychics does not have control over the content of any readings and therefore cannot accept responsibility as to accuracy of content, given, expressed or implied or as to the suitability of the content for any purpose. Crystal Clear Psychics will therefore not be liable, or accept liability, for any loss or damage of whatever nature which may result from content given in any reading or from any information supplied in this website.
2. Promotional Offers
2.1 In this Section 3 we have set out: (a) the general categories of personal data that we may All promotional offers are only open to customers that have positively opted in to our marketing opportunities. Each client wishing to take up a promotional offer may be asked to provide an email address and/or mobile phone prior to the acceptance of the offer.
4. Refer a Friend Offer
The company believes our best ambassadors are our customers and seek to reward all recommendations from customers willing to recommend us to their friends. Should the client make a recommendation to a friend who decides to become a new client, we will award you a bonus to be used against future readings. Your friend will receive a HALF PRICE 20 minute reading to confirm the quality of our service. This bonus deposited into your account is non transferable and will be converted into free minutes applying our standard rate. You have six (6) months from the award of this bonus to use your free minutes. Upon expiry of this offer, the free minutes can no longer be used. The minimum call duration for applying your free minutes is 10 minutes
5. Credit Card Services
To use our credit card services you must either be the cardholder or the cardholder must be present when the booking is made.
New customers of Crystal Clear Psychics will pay just R16 per minute for the first 20/30 minutes thereafter it will be R35 per minute.
This offer is restricted to credit cards only and we reserve the right to remove or amend this offer at any time.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offerFor return callers, we charge R500 for the first 20 minutes, R750 for the first 30 minutes and thereafter R35 per minute. All charges are made in Dollars (USD). The credit card merchant of "Crystal Clear Psychics" or "CCP" or "Crystal Clear" shall appear on your credit card statement.
Should you receive a promotional offer, you should inform the call receptionist prior to booking the call as charges cannot be refunded retrospectively for promotional activities. Only one offer can be used at any time and we reserve the right to remove promotional offers with no notice.*
We also offer a "five minute guarantee" whereby customers who do not connect with a chosen reader within the first five minutes, are offered their money back or an alternative reader to provide inspiration and guidance. This offer is limited to one reset per booking.
A client’s right to the above may be withdrawn at Crystal Clear Psychics Ltd discretion in cases of persistent complaints.
6. Complaints
If you have a complaint about any of our services you may either ring our customer care number 0800 064 565 or write to Crystal Clear Psychics, 40 Holmefield Court LONDON NW3 4TT, United Kingdom. It is our aim to follow up any complaint within two to three working days (Monday - Friday)
7. Use of Data
Unless you request to be excluded we will only use your personal information for the purposes of our own marketing (e.g. mailing of a regular newsletter) We will not pass any personal data or recordings to any third party unless required to do so by an appropriate regulatory authority.
8. Barring of Access
Crystal Clear Psychics Ltd may at its discretion temporarily or permanently bar a users access to any or all of our services in any of the following circumstances: User has misused our services in anyway, is abusive to company employees or readers, has committed an act of fraud against Crystal Clear Psychics Ltd or any of its associated companies.
9. Legal Jurisdiction
